The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes in our vineyard undergo a natural process of leaf mold infection before harvest, which triggers the grapes’ immune response, increasing the levels of phenolic compounds such as Quercetin in the seeds, and Trans-Resveratrol and Catechins in the skins.
These beneficial compounds are carefully extracted using a specialized technique, processed in our facility, and presented to you in 250 ml glass bottles.
